High-End Type SMT Conveyor with Mechanical Stopper - INFITEK Board Handling Equipment
The High-End Type SMT Conveyor with Mechanical Stopper is an SMT link conveyor design with additional safety features that help to provide the PCB with damage protection. This high-end inspection conveyor is supplemented with a mechanical stopper. Besides the exit sensor that stops the PCB, this conveyor has a mechanical stopper used as an extra measure (besides the exit sensors) to mechanically force the boards to stop at the end of the conveyor. It is useful for conveyors which use roller chains and fast speed, as the pallets have a slide
over the conveyor even after the chain motors stop.
