The DUAL-TRACK HIGH-SPEED WIRING SCHEME SMT Production Line Layout is based on Dual-rail Chip Mounter Machine and Dual-Rail Reflow Oven and uses Dual-rail conveyors and is also accompanied by combinations of the SMT machines and INFITEK Board Handling Equipment.
The advantage of this layout is that it doubles production capacity by adding another SMT assembly line. In addition, it saves space due to the use of PCB Shuttle Conveyor, dual-rail pick and place machine, and dual-rail reflow oven.
